Manufacturing Process
Our Facilities
Spinning &
Weaving
We operate an advanced spinning and weaving unit with 13,500 spindles for ring spinning and 1800 rooter open-end spinning machines, alongside 150 Sulzer and Air Jet Looms. This allows us to produce a wide variety of fabric types, from plain weaves to twills, drills, and satin stripes.
Dyeing &
Printing
We offer advanced screen designing and engraving using computer and CST machines, with a maximum print width of 320 cm and up to 12 colors. Our STORK PEGASUS machine handles wider widths, while the MHMS machine is used for smaller widths. We also provide panel prints with up to 10 colors on our newly installed ZIMMER flat bed printing machine, with a fabric width of 240 cm. Special finishes are applied using internationally recognized chemical companies. Finishing is done on German and Italian brushing and peaching machines. Reactive, pigment, and disperse techniques are used based on fabric quality and requirements. Our 6 continuous raising machines ensure top-notch brushing effects for fabrics up to 120” in width. With over 22 years of exporting high-quality bed linen, we continue to attract customers year after year.
Finishing &
Quality Control
After dyeing and printing, fabric undergoes a rigorous finishing process using German and Italian brushing and peaching machines. We ensure the highest quality by inspecting fiber content, Resistance to Pilling, GSM colour fastness, shrinkage, and weight etc and maintaining thorough records of all in-process inspections.
Cutting &
Stitching
Our cutting and stitching department is equipped with 200 Japanese Juki machines and is capable of producing 10,000 bed sets per day. Every product is stitched with precision, utilizing techniques like single-needle lock stitching, button stitching, and buttonholes. Our team follows strict quality control measures at every stage to ensure products meet international standards.
